涉亂倒有毒廢液　桃園科技公司9人被傳訊

桃園縣蘆竹鄉宇鴻科技公司僅領有一般事業廢棄物處理許可証，卻涉嫌自2006年起逾越許可範圍回收強鹼、強酸等化學廢液後，再趁天雨或夜深人靜時載至工廠附近的溝渠傾倒，並流入當地的「滲眉埤」（水塘）；另外，該廠焚化爐在焚化過程中所產生的飛灰亦未依規定進行固化作業，並與底渣混合後傾倒在滲眉埤。經環保署北區督察大隊稽查發現異狀，採集水塘裏的底泥與該廠廢液進行「元素定性分析檢測」比對相符，且比對出其焚化爐的戴奧辛和採池裏的戴奧辛相符等，今由桃園地檢署主任檢察官林秀敏、張家維指揮桃園縣調查站等單位搜索宇鴻科技公司，依涉嫌違反事業廢棄物清理法、空污法、流放毒物罪傳訊曾姓負責人（65歲）等9人到案，正深入偵辦中。（張沛森／桃園報導）
