標題[問題] 桌面新增檔案圖示都有一把鎖

因為電腦出現藍屏，所以我用一鍵還原將系統回復到出廠設定， 可是很奇怪的是，桌面現在不管是新增任何資料夾或檔案 或是安裝程式後新增到桌面的捷徑，圖示上都會出現一把鎖 雖然，這些檔案我還是打得開，但是這個情形在電腦剛買來的時候並不會出現 為什麼會這樣？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 120.107.160.83 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Windows/M.1408417134.A.B81.html
