小弟約於今年三,四月間(確切時間記不得)去高雄市建國二路上之萊姆影音買了一附plantronics藍芽無線運動耳機.在一般正常使用下,8月份開始出現自動關機,充飽電一小時後就低電量警告,還會自動撥出電話.
8月25日送回萊姆影音,請她送回原廠檢修.9月2日接獲萊姆影音來電告知,已過保固期,無法修理.要我在付2800即可獲得一附新機.我就問他:2800不就等於再買新的?!小姐回答是的.因為無法修理.我說還在一年保固期內阿.他說原廠堅稱已過保固期了.除非您能提供購買發票.
我回答說:我有保固標籤還貼在上面,谁會保留半年前的發票.他說:購買時我們已告知您要保留發票.

挖理類!您說我還會再花2800元去買一個XXOO的東西嗎?!氣不過,我向消保官申訴!店員說,購買時就告知,所以您就去申訴吧!

小弟已正式向消保官提出申訴,也藉由此案例,讓大家要去此店家或購買此廠牌耳機的車友們再想想看.要像我一樣當冤大頭嗎?!(大聲恥笑我!沒關係!!)
