標題[請益] 重灌後外接硬碟存取被拒

因為電腦有一些狀況所以今天就把它重灌了， 重灌後接上之前在舊系統下連接來下載bt用的外接硬碟， 卻發現產生存取被拒的問題， 無論是要繼續讓bt跑未完成的下載（有備份）或者是刪除檔案都不行。 已經google過該問題， 可是網路上更改安全性成為完全控制與擁有者的解法都沒有辦法解決該狀況。 想請問有沒有人知道如何解決這樣的問題？ 非常感謝！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.36.227.125 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/hardware/M.1409690869.A.DAE.html
