4年前去楊梅看了很多漂亮的別墅 印象最深刻的是 一間很便宜又很漂亮的別墅 社區名叫歐洲山莊 開價才700萬左右 最近用網路查楊梅地區 剛好也有一間歐洲山莊 開價750萬 原以為是這間沒什麼漲 但仔細瞧後 發現許多楊梅的山區別墅 幾乎都是這樣 4年多前 跟4年後 漲幅才一點點 不像新北 台中 高雄 這4年來 幾乎漲2~3倍了 而同樣的桃園地區 八德也漲2~3倍 楊梅真的不適合投資 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.218.177.66 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1409714176.A.595.html
