疑工程糾紛 饒河街夜市傳槍響

（中央社記者劉建邦台北4日電）台北市饒河街夜市附近今天下午驚傳槍響，轄區松山分局初步調查，疑似為工程糾紛，賓士車主遭對方追逐，情急之下對空鳴槍。

警方說，下午5時多在八德路4段傳出槍響，初步了解，疑似因工程糾紛引起，黑色賓士車主和人相約在饒河街夜市附近談判。

警方表示，賓士車主把車停在八德路四段，並前往饒河街夜市附近和白色車輛內的4人談判，雙方一言不合，白色車輛內的駕駛尾隨，其他人則追打賓士車主。

警方說，賓士車主並從饒河街夜市跑到停車處，跑到車旁時，一下子鑽入車內，並取出一把槍枝，忽然對空鳴槍。

警方現場採證發現，共遺留7顆子彈，但擊發6顆，且無其他任何彈著點，也無人受傷，研判賓士車主應該僅對空鳴槍，已掌握賓士車主和白色車主身分，通知他們到案說明。1030904
