專為台灣用戶寫的導覽 https://www.facebook.com/notes/742456719136852/ 我們知道在OCZ被Toshiba併購之後，有些朋友們對於RMA的流程感到困惑，如果產品發生 故障，想要進行返修卻不知道要連絡誰才是正確的窗口，這篇介紹文章就是目前針對台灣 的使用者所特別撰寫的哦。因為我們在台灣地區除了分公司以外，銷售與返修主要都是委 由代理商進行，不過亞太地區的客服也是在台灣服務，所以其實管道是很多重的。代理商 的好處就是在台灣各地主要城市有返修點可以洽詢，而分公司只能在台北為您服務，因此 要採用何種管道進行RMA返修其實都可以的。 返修窗口介紹: 1.
