警員執勤受傷 總統慰問譴責暴力

嘉義市第一警分局八掌派出所警員李政杰今天上午在國民黨全代會周邊執行交通管制勤務時，遭民進黨里長參選人陳英華騎機車直接衝撞受傷。國民黨主席、總統馬英九下午5點多會議結束後，由嘉義市長黃敏惠、市警察局長林順家等人陪同，轉往派出所慰問，馬總統詢問傷勢並了解發生過程後，譴責暴力行為，表示他完全無法容忍這種肆無忌憚、挑戰公權力的行為，勉勵「傷好了再上班」、「多休息」，李政杰對於總統等人的關心表示感謝。

黃敏惠強調，一定會捍衛警察同仁執法的安全，不容許這種違法行為。

騎車撞傷警員的陳英華由警方以妨害公務、傷害罪嫌移送法辦，檢察官複訊後裁定3萬元交保。
