唸錯習近平名字 印度播報員革職

唸外國領袖的姓名是各地新聞播報員的頭痛問題，而印度一名播報員18日晚上播報新聞時，把正在印度訪問的中國國家主席習近平姓名的英文拚音「XI」，誤認為羅馬字的數字，唸成「11近平」，結果第二天就被炒魷魚。

印度公共電視台在報導習近平首次到印度做國是訪問時，播報員犯了這種荒謬的錯誤。公司執行長說，這名播報員已經革職，他們也採取步驟避免再發生這種事情。

這個錯誤讓印度新總理莫迪政府很難堪，因為莫迪把習近平視為上賓，在家鄉阿邁達巴德河畔搭設豪華帳篷設宴款待，與習近平一起度過他的64歲生日。
