離職後的勞健保問題

(1)要先看您有沒有滿25歲，如果還沒滿25歲，基本上離職後，只會收到健保。但是您要去當地的區公所去辦理轉入健保，區公所就會幫你加保。但是如果你滿25歲了，還會收到國民年金的保單。(健保+國民年金都是2個月才會寄一次的。) 健保是強制保險，國民年金是柔性。所以健保一定要先繳，不然會有滯納金的問題。
(2) 2個月後才會收到，健保保單，您一定要去區公所辦理轉入，不然屆時，健保局會發函通知你，不然就會幫你強行轉入。
(3)勞保基本上是要有工作，公司才會幫你保。不然你可能就要問你們家人可不可以讓你加保，不過好像是要學生才比較容易和家人加保，或是有限制年紀幾歲以下，總之可以請家人幫你問一下加保的條件。不然的話，滿25歲會有國民年金保險單，沒滿25歲就不會有了。
