我是個剛退伍的新鮮人 最近去應徵 東陽實業的設備\廠務工程技師 雖然拿到offer 但主管們希望我先到現場技 術員做個2~3年熟悉流程培養獨當一面的能力在升我起來當工程師 因為它們廠的目前的技師是跟別廠借的希望可以培育自己的專屬工程師，聽起來不錯但要 先做技術員2～3年底薪28800 通常都要配合加到日夜12h 加班另計 剛人事又打來問我什麼時後可以上班好猶豫阿........ 雖然我一開始是想學維修機台 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 110.26.145.94 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1412157167.A.4DB.html
