官網買的iphone6 plus 螢幕右上角突然黑了1/5

我是10/21領到貨的，結果是機王

震動沒反應，10/21中午就跟客服聯繫換貨了

然後APPLE網址也有更新

官網10/21中午更新的時候，換貨的那支IPHNOE估計出貨時間原本預定3~4週

結果10/21晚上回到家查詢，估計出貨時間就變成1~3日

然後10/23黑貓也來跟我取貨了，然後在黑貓的網址查詢

10/24黑貓也送達TNT完成退貨了

可是直到今天10/26，換貨手機的狀態一樣跟10/21晚上的狀態一樣

還是處在"估計出貨時間：1~3日"
