機車被開驗車單問題

如提所說
小弟前幾天被警察開一張
變更排氣管

(第16條1項2款的罰單)
(他上面有勾應到監理站聽候裁決)

我想問的事情是
如果我把罰單繳完
但沒去驗車的話
會怎樣嘛!?

還是下次在被抓到的話
會被罰的更多!?

那如果我把罰單繳完了
但沒去驗車還把機車賣給二手車行
那這樣車子有辦法賣掉嘛!?
