買了房子換了腦袋...並非人人都想房價跌

我也在房價低點有買到房子了(民國91年),但我現在還是希望房價能跌,
當然不是崩跌,而是跌回合理的價格,以前的房價讓我想換大一點的房子,
只要加個一百多萬(台中),但依現在的房價却要多二,三百萬,一般家庭
其實都只有一戶,你漲的再多也是紙上富貴一場,也有一種論調是賣掉現
有市區的房子,到郊區去買大一點的,但是當你習慣了市區的方便後,除
非是退休了,不然應該也不會有人想要搬到郊外去的
