無黨籍台北市長候選人柯文哲，今分別出席台北港湖地區西安里里長孫悊與港墘區里長羅村雄的服務處成立大會，柯文哲今表示，對兩位里長有份虧欠，出席活動也是人情世故。

港墘區里長羅村雄與西安里里長孫悊，因為邀請柯文哲到地方演講，最後分別遭國民黨台北市黨部撤銷黨籍和開除黨籍處分，如今羅村雄與孫悊成立服務處，柯文哲應邀出席，罕見出現市長候選人替里長站台的畫面。
