求问，成田机场至雷姆日比谷酒店交通线路？

利木津巴士可以到直达附近的帝国酒店，但是据说行程要2小时以上？还要3000羊？

去程，成田下机时间4：00pm，行李箱一个，行李还算轻便是否还有其他交通推荐？
回程，成田上机时间2：00pm，行李箱两只，行李有难度貌似只能考虑利木津了？那么应该如何购入利木津车票？时间需要提前多久出发？

研究了攻略不知怎么实行，上半年还因为计算时间失误导致赶不上航班滞留关西机场一夜。。。求指点！！！
