請問前往神戶搭乘高速船疑義

請問，
目前高速船針對由機場往神戶有半價優惠的活動，
明年一月也還有優惠1000日元。

但我看內容寫說限抵達當日購買，
因為我是搭樂桃的飛機，打算在機場睡一晚後隔天早上再去神戶，
這樣還可以在抵達後先買明天的船票嗎？
又它的人工櫃臺有開這麼晚嗎？因為購買優惠票要出示護照，售票機應該看不懂吧。

此外，
請問優惠票有包含到三宮的電車費嗎？
是買優惠票時直接跟櫃臺索取嗎？(如果有含的話)

找好久都看不到資訊，只好來此請教，
麻煩各位幫忙了，謝謝。
