金門縣第19屆運動會各項競賽陸續登場，明天上午在牧馬侯祠請引聖火，開幕典禮定18日上午8時在金門農工舉行。

本屆縣運會適逢建縣百年，主題為「百年傳承、追求卓越」。縣府表示，為了平衡東西島體育發展，縣運會首次移師東半島，比賽項目有10項，參賽隊職員人數4746人。

縣府表示，選手之夜18日晚間7時30分在金湖綜合體育館舉行，由專業主持人林姮均擔任，歌手陳勢安、邵大倫、孫羽希、暉倪、林逸欣等人和放客兄弟搖滾樂團演出。

今年縣運會吉祥物為水獺，各項比賽已從昨天起陸續展開，縣府邀請民眾為選手加油、打氣。(中央社)
