扁就醫健保署：保障醫療權益

2015-01-07 中央社高雄7日電

前總統陳水扁獲准返回高雄住家保外就醫，健保署高屏業務組今天說，陳水扁醫療權益獲充分保障，目前待辦理依附家屬的作業。

陳水扁在台中監獄的健保卡身分是附屬中監，保外就醫後的健保卡有效期限到今天，陳水扁未來投保要附屬在兒女身上。

健保署高屏業務組表示，陳水扁的健保卡可使用，他的醫療權益獲充分保障，目前待辦理的作業就是要依附在兒子或女兒，尊重家屬的決定。

陳水扁5日獲准保外就醫返回高雄住家，保外就醫醫療團隊由在地醫學中心協助，高雄市政府衛生局協助敲定高雄長庚、高醫兩醫療團隊共22人。
