任意棄置死鵝 雲縣將業者法辦

禽流感疫情擴大，雲林縣竟有飼養業者將死鵝任意棄置，雲林縣警方全力追查多日，今天（18日）找到這名惡劣的吳姓業者。業者也坦承犯案，被依廢棄物清理法、動物傳染病防治條例函送法辦。

　　雲林縣四湖鄉下崙大排廣西橋下，日前發現大批死鵝，引起民眾恐慌，擔心禽流感防疫出現漏洞。由於時機敏感，警方也將非法棄置死禽一事比照重大刑案模式偵辦，逐一調閱路口監視器進行追查，果然發現一部可疑小貨車。

　　警方今天將車主傳喚到案，吳姓車主坦承，他在四湖鄉飼養種鵝約有二千隻，日前發現其中有二百多隻死亡，於是開著小貨車將死鵝全數運到下崙大排棄置，沒料到會因此吃上官司。

　　雲林縣政府則籲請飼養業者，如有發現禽流感疫情，應立即通報，任意棄置死亡禽畜，將依最高標準嚴懲。
