銀行投資上限放寬 併購本錢大增

立法院三讀通過「金融五法」，其中又以放寬「銀行轉投資上限」的限制對銀行最有利，將使銀行海外併購、參股本錢大增，不必再因銀彈不足，與優質標的擦身而過。

公股行庫主管說，對公股銀而言，過去受限於投資總額不得過資本額四成限制，每當看上不錯的投資標的時，往往受限於資本適足率與資金不足所苦，只能停留在評估觀望階段，導致打亞洲盃的進度始終停滯不前。

事實上，不少泛公股金控每股淨值都比股價還高，把投資總額限制的計算基礎改成以淨值計算後，假設金控每股淨值為15元，估計可運用的投資金額將因此增加1.5倍。
