標題[心得] 主管要我自提離職

這篇其實跟上面說的主管怎麼罵人有點像 -- 我有一件事沒做好(細節恕不多談) 但我的主管在難得休假日特地打給我質問這件事 (不過這部分我也有錯 因為我的工作需要長時間在外 我昨天完全沒有接電話與看LINE) 我清楚說明我當天遇到的麻煩 講到最後他突然衝出一句: 請你自提離職，你不適合這份工作 我已在這個單位服務3年且被調動3次(性質接近) 這一個職務是最久的:1年半， 原來他觀察了3年才這麼認為。 而我當下第一句回覆竟是: 這些工作誰來接? 我還真是盡忠職守= = 近日還要再跟他談一次此事， 我會嚴正聲明: 你有職權資遣我 但離職必須出自我個人意願 但願他能理解 也請各位祝我順利 -- 我愛妳 運來一整河的水 流自 我積雪初融的眼睛 ~~洛夫 河畔墓園 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 175.182.178.140 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1423402936.A.F49.html
