女星馬友蓉擁有比美西瓜的傲人上圍，但不因此自滿，近日積極進補，8日在臉書上傳裸露南半球照片，驚人巨乳引發網友熱烈討論，有粉絲開玩笑說尺度過大恐會造成失血過多，其他人笑回：「需要輸血了！」

馬友容Ｉ奶傲視群雌，近日興奮自爆進補效果，一張仰角拍攝照片立刻成為焦點，她笑說：「現在我只需要好好的維持就可以了。開心！改天來出本豐胸書唄。」只是成長速度驚人，她抱怨酥胸被勒到出現壓痕，苦笑：「荷包又要失血買新內衣了。」
