法務部3月4日前公布監獄案懲處名單

高雄監獄受刑人挾持典獄長事件，法務部政務次長陳明堂今天傍晚表示，3月4日前將公布懲處名單；媒體詢問典獄長是否可能遭懲處、最高層級處分到哪？陳明堂說，法務部目前沒有預設力場。

陳明堂指出，根據法醫鑑定結果，6名受刑人是自殺死亡；而法醫高大成在臉書質疑6人自殺，陳明堂回應，高大成沒親身經歷、沒鑑識背景，本案應相信司法調查，由專業法醫病理專科醫師親臨解剖、鑑定死因，不應揣測案情。
