Line記錄匯入不完整

我今天因為把手機恢復原廠設定所以LINE的對話記錄都不見了，不過在這之前我有將所有的對話都備份下來存在mail裡，所有的人的對話都成功並且完整的匯入，只有一個人的對話竟然只出現到2014/11/22，後續的對話就都不見了，請問這該怎麼辦？我非常重視對話記錄，我希望能將它找回來，儲存的檔案都還在。
