台灣塔又復活了

台灣塔是前台中市長胡志強規劃，由日本建築師藤本壯介設計，總經費為80億元；去年底台中市長林佳龍上任後，以台灣塔預算暴增到150億，「一塔變兩塔」全案喊停，但事後證明，「報價暴增的報告書，林佳龍就職前已退回」。

台中市現任都發局長王俊傑說，當初辦國際競圖時，總經費是六十三億，事後調高到八十億，設計過程建築師也提出更高的報價，「得標幾億就該幾億，但在台中市，似乎預算超過是正常的，容許得標建築師提出更高的價格」。他強調，明年將重新發包設計。

看來果然是要自己賺一筆
