詠昇堂玫瑰花瓣 貨單載明不得食用

對於台南市詠昇堂玫瑰花瓣疑慮，高市衛生局今晚說，詠昇堂去年9月向高雄何容食品進貨時，當時貨單均有載明不得食用。

「3點1刻直火烏龍玫瑰茶」被驗出殘留農藥DDT，且恐添加非食用級玫瑰花瓣，台南市衛生局追查上游詠昇堂公司發現，玫瑰花瓣雖標註可供食用，但詠昇堂的上游高雄何容食品公司的出貨單據載明「花類香草植物作香料，不得食用」，兩者說法有出入，已移請高雄市衛生局協助釐清。

高市衛生局出示何容食品去年9月18日出貨給詠昇堂的銷貨憑單，銷貨憑據明載客戶端的詠昇堂，客戶欄簽收了「花類香草植物作香料，不得食用」的玫瑰花瓣10公斤裝15件。

衛生局認為，何容食品當時的出貨單，已明載這批玫瑰花瓣不得食用，詠昇堂業者也在該單據客戶欄上簽了名，這批玫瑰花瓣能否食用，業者應心知肚明。
