教授打賭輸了　學狗爬1公里

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】中國一名法學教授范忠信，因為打賭輸了，在本月1日這天於西湖旁學狗爬行1公里，旁邊還有狗狗陪伴。

據中國《新華網》報導，范忠信在去年1月1日曾經在網路上打賭，指他相信中國的政府高層會公佈財產狀況，提升清廉度，如果沒有一政府官員公佈，他就會學狗爬。但2013年過完，仍不見任何一名官員公佈財產狀況，於是范忠信在今年1月1日說，他決定實現承諾。

范忠信在微博中自述，在妻子和愛犬的陪伴下，「在西湖邊爬行近2小時，分7段，或百米或2百，中有停息，掌膝滲血完成。」總爬行約1公里。范忠信說，一方面是實踐自己的諾言，另一方面也是希望給政府「諫言」，希望政府能落實反貪腐。
