小弟以手機排版，若不工整，還請見諒。 火鍋餐飲業 刊登薪資：31000～45000元 刊登職務：廚房助手 休假日 ：6天 上班時間：10：00～22：00 加班時間卻是以下午休息時間14：30～17：00 （2.5hr）＊1.5倍 Q1：面試時，起薪卻是28000元？這中間3千元是因為新人試用期關係？還是與起薪不符，有無報薪不實？違反勞基法嫌疑？ Q2：該餐飲公司以休息時間若不休息就算加班費，但卻是在12小時制中的2.5小時算加班，那中間的1.5小時？算加班？算上班？ 上班時間：（10：00～22：00）= 12 hr 休息時間：（14：30～17：00）= 2.5hr Q3： 12 hr - 2.5 = 9.5 hr ? 8 hr 後算加班費是否適用餐飲業？ 還請各位先進鄉民幫忙小弟解惑，如排版有違反版規，麻煩請立即通知小弟，小弟會立即修正或刪除，謝謝各位。 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.225.119.229
