今天jb後重開機主畫面底下的程式全部不見了(剛執行完jb程式什麼都還沒裝)

內建的瀏覽器跟itunes music都不見

用收尋也找不到

想說用itunes回復，它要我關閉尋找我的i phone才能回復

正要找設定的時候發現設定也不見了！

接著打開尋找我的i phone這個app點清除資料

點清除後就自動關機然後就一直轉圈圈都沒反應

強制開機後又自動關機轉圈圈，轉半小時了還在轉(─_─Zzz)

是在清除資料嗎？需要這麼久嗎？

請問有什麼方法可以救

拜託大家提供意見了
