性侵女編劇判囚　張作驥：根本沒證據

國際知名導演張作驥被控性侵女編劇，台北地院今判張有期徒刑3年10個月。張作驥坦承與女編劇發生性行為，但否認性侵。
 
張作驥透過律師發表聲明指出，對於台北地方法院今日之判決結果，深感遺憾。並表示無法接受判決結果，將於收受判決書後與律師研究，尋求救濟。
 
張作驥聲明全文如下：
 
對於臺灣臺北地方法院今日之判決結果，本人深感遺憾。本件自發生以來，本人一直低調應對，全力配合司法程序，希望能協助發現真實，還本人清白。實則本案起訴之後，經閱覽卷內資證，發現除告訴人片面之指訴之外，也根本沒有證據支持起訴書所載之事實。
 
無奈本件於審理時仍有諸多證據調查聲請均未獲法院同意，致本件事實無從得窺全貌，因而得出有罪之結論。對此結果，本人無法接受，將於收受判決書後與律師研究，尋求救濟。
 
此外，自本件發生以來，本人之工作、家庭與生活無一不受到影響，實已因此付出太多代價。企盼藉由此份聲明書向關心的朋友致謝，同時亦表達個人之立場。最後，對於本事件造成輿論之關注與社會成本之耗費，本人在此致上最深之歉意。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
