（中央社記者邱俊欽桃園13日電)法務部行政執行署桃園分署今天表示，一名股票未上市公司的林姓董事長因欠稅新台幣4100多萬元，遭聲請管收。

法務部行政執行署桃園分署表示，林姓董事長因積欠綜合所得稅4100萬元拒繳，經稅捐機關移送桃園分署強制執行。

桃園分署查出這名董事長涉嫌隱匿個人所處分財產超過2億元，因此向桃園地方法院聲請管收。

桃園分署表示，這名董座還不忘下週要召開董事會；分署則要求對方如期繳稅，以免無法參與公司運作。1030613
