首度造訪台灣的NBA官辦「籃球無國界」訓練營13日上午在台北美國學校開訓，4位現役球員、多名助理教練都親臨指導年輕球員，聲勢浩大。

除了現役球星Nicolas Batum、Ronny Turiaf、John Salmons、Cody Zeller，教練團中最有名氣的自然是目前在明尼蘇達灰狼擔任助教、負責開發球員潛力的Bobby Jackson。

Jackson在2002-03年球季獲得「年度最佳第六人」，是沙加緬度國王重要的板凳戰力，他以休士頓火箭台裔後衛林書豪的故事勉勵年輕球員，努力就是成功的不二法門。

「我不在乎你的出身，我只在乎你有沒有用心。」Jackson對著來自亞洲各國的學員說：「林書豪的成功就是一個很棒的故事，無論對NBA，還是對籃球圈來講。」

「地主」台灣也有6名球員參加這次的訓練營，分別是李冠毅、張瑋帆、孫永成、張健鑫、高仕杰、賴廷恩，都是高中籃球聯賽（HBL）甲組的優秀球員。
