中信兄弟、義大犀牛下半季主場賽事確定由緯來接手，義大領隊謝秉育笑稱，為了球迷權益，暫時撇開法律爭議，釋放善意，但談到CPBL.TV問題，謝秉育認為這是未來趨勢，因此明年勢必要重談。

緯來7日重返中職、轉播兄弟與犀牛之戰，謝秉育在賽前談到CPBL.TV，眉頭深鎖地說：「那合約我越看越奇怪，問題重重，今年牽扯球迷利益，明年一定要重談。」

謝秉育指出CPBL.TV延伸許多問題，首先是球團沒有授權，聯盟為何能擅自談妥合約？三方分紅問題（中華電信、愛爾達、聯盟），球團事前不知情，聯盟事前未說、事後未匯報，已違反正常程序。

網路市場未來是塊大餅，謝秉育認為上看10億元台幣，但聯盟未商量、擅自主張一切，他痛批「無法無天」，其中牽扯的法律問題，未來四隊球團勢必促膝長談。

至於未來CPBL.TV走向為何，謝秉育表示，有很多種方法可行：「看是要攜手共同經營，或是各走各的，我們都要坐下來好好談談，數位時代來臨，這是很偉大的一件事。」
