【更新】引擎故障　長榮班機延誤逾8小時

長榮航空今天原訂東京時間2時15分從成田機場起飛，台北時間4時50分抵達桃園機場的Hello Kitty歡樂機，在進行旅客登機前例行性檢查時，機長發現1號引擎油管有輕微裂痕，地面有一些油漬，為了安全起見，決定更換油管零件再起飛，因沒有備用材料，必須由台北把料送至當地修復，班機預定要到晚間10時30分才能起飛，凌晨1點零5分抵達桃園，機上250名旅客的行程將延誤8個多小時。

對於造成旅客行程延誤，長榮航空表達歉意，並表示原本要把客人轉至其他航空公司的航班，但因是暑假旺季，航班都客滿，離機場1個小時車程的旅館也都客滿，目前只能請客人留在機場休息等候。晚間班機回到桃園，將會安排遊覽車將客人送回台北和高雄。

民航局表示，經查長榮航空這架客機因引擎油管有輕微裂痕，出現滴油現象，不過，這條油管不是供給燃燒引擎控制器的燃油，沒有燃燒的危險，完成修復就能執行飛航任務（陳如嬌／台北報導）
