託一位網友拜託他在日本當導遊的朋友幫我買東西(那位導遊也是台灣人)
那位網友說要先幫墊錢再叫我匯錢給他
可是匯完錢給他之後東西遲遲沒到
時間一直拖一直拖
到現在都還沒交貨
叫他退錢也不退
都說什麼時間要給也都沒給
講了非常多藉口來拖延時間
但他又說得自己很有錢一樣
還拿一堆錢的照片給我看(包括存摺簿)
想問....如果遇到這個問題要如何解決
還有請問...
是否有人在日本買3C產品?
相機全新的包裝盒子會跟機子分開運送回台灣嗎?
(對方說盒子跟機子分開是要躲避稅 如果代超過幾樣就必須課稅)
但全新的3C產品不是都連盒子包裝一起運送嗎?
