千山淨水RO逆滲透(淨水器）(RO-620) 請公司派人來更換濾心，有換跟沒換一樣，真是很「很隨便」。

ro逆滲透的濾心本來都是自己在換的，這次因為要更換RO逆滲透膜（$1800），並清洗儲水桶（洗一次$800），只好請公司派人來更換，結果卻被草率的更換，心情真的很不好。

千山淨水 派專人來更換濾心的時侯「很隨便」，只有更換濾心，但是濾心的外殼（蓋子）都沒有清洗一下，請他清洗一下，還講了一堆理由來推託，說不清洗也沒關係？還說如果清洗會導致濾心管路損壞？（連沖一下水都懶嗎？）

不知這樣的換濾心流程是公司政策？還是服務人員工作態度有問題？

我只記得當初在買的時侯，銷售人員有說如果要自己更換濾心的話，濾心的外殼（蓋子），也要清洗一下。

經過這一次的經驗，一時之間也不知道該怎麼辦，只有發個文請有用千山淨水器的朋友要小心，注意一下服務人員的工作流程。

現在心裡其實很恐慌，連清洗都那麼隨便的公司，千山淨水他的濾心會不會也像「強冠、全統、餿水油（毒油）」一樣是「黑心貨」？

只是現在也沒有替代方案，只好先撐著用，唉~廠商都是那麼黑心才賺錢嗎？
