因城中的黑暗餐廳 Alchemy， Dinner in the Dark（在黑暗的環境下進餐）又再流行，最近連酒店也舉辦。香港愉景灣酒店就與「黑暗中對話體驗館」合作，在酒店辦一晚黑暗夜宴，由體驗館派出視障人士作侍者，三道菜晚餐則由酒店廚房包辦。菜單保持神秘，吃完才揭曉，最後以分享會作結。名額有限，想親身體驗沒了視覺、手口心並用的一晚，快快訂座。
