標題[請益] 台積OFFER請教

近日有幸得到台積的OFFER 裡面有一個新進人員聲明書 其中有兩項宣明 1.離職後競業禁止 2.保密義務 通常在科技業原公司都會要求簽署上述兩項約定 請問版上大大們 這兩項就照正常原公司有簽署的內容勾選就好嗎? 是否會因為勾選了上面兩項 就影響到工作權益的? 謝謝~ P.S 目前台積的工作內容跟原公司其實滿有差異的 但也不能說完全沒有關聯 但是我絕對不會(也沒有什麼可以)洩漏原公司資料給台積的 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 123.110.164.160 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1420634294.A.465.html
