華盛頓國民跟「天才小史」Stephen Strasburg達成年薪740萬美元協議，避免薪資仲裁對簿公堂，另外也跟Doug Fister、Drew Storen等人談妥薪水。

2009年選秀狀元Stephen Strasburg，過去5個賽季累計43勝30敗，2014年14勝11敗自責分率3.14，242次三振並列國聯最多，年薪為410萬美元。

國民跟天才小史達成協議，2015年薪水為740萬美元，避免進入薪資仲裁的程序。

同時國民也宣布另外6名選手薪水，先發投手Doug Fister年薪1140萬美元、後援投手Drew Storen年薪570萬美元、捕手Wilson Ramos年薪355萬美元、投手Craig Stammen年薪225萬美元、二壘手Danny Espinosa年薪180萬美元、替補捕手Jose Lobaton年薪120萬美元。
