聚陽深耕上游布料 子公司引進策略夥伴

聚陽首度引進策略投資夥伴，旗下子公司聚益擬釋股20%以下，導入策略投資人，聚陽考慮到，自身在上游布料領域仍有學習空間，期盼尋找經驗豐富的布廠，讓雙方可以達到互補效果。

目前洽談對象是台灣布料老牌廠商，不過仍在議價階段，聚陽期盼可以在今年上半年完成交易。
