「紅景天養生御品公司」涉嫌詐欺，董事長翁煇傑、董事李易翰等人都被依違反《證券交易法》判刑，但有民眾事後指出，有餘黨仍以開設「咖夢事」連鎖餐飲為由，四處詐騙投資人，檢方28日再依詐欺罪起訴張姓男子等3人。

翁煇傑、李易翰等人，於民國99年共同創辦「紅景天養生御品公司」，他們以經營實體店面為由，吸引投資人出錢開分店，還說營業額好的話可以分紅，甚至販售還未上市的股票3億6千多萬元，導致4千多位民眾受害。

當時旗下的「元臺行銷有限公司」詹姓負責人與張姓業務員、陳姓業務員，在事後以開設「咖夢事」咖啡餐飲連鎖企業為號召，據《自由時報》報導，張姓業務員謊稱自己將出資3千萬，五大股東也會出資3千萬，投資人投資後每年可以有18%利息報酬。

有幾位民眾陸續匯款加入，總額達千萬元，後來卻發現張姓業務員與五大股東根本沒有出資，而投資的金錢全變成業務員的高額傭金，以及償還他們的私人債務。

投資人還發現所投資的幾間餐飲分店無預警倒閉，有一間還自始至終沒有營業，憤而檢舉提告，檢方認為被告犯行明確，因此依詐欺罪起訴。
