請問2線道路中間是白實線，外側車道是屬於慢車道還是混和車道，事情是當天一輛
車行駛慢車道右轉，我騎機車在汽車後方，我因為要2段式左轉較靠右邊行駛，結果汽車突然停車，我擦撞到汽車左後方保險桿，請問汽車部分有過失嗎?
