asus k555ln 強效獨顯筆電打英雄聯盟會頓

最近剛買一台筆電asus k555ln i5-4210u 強效獨顯筆電
可是玩英雄聯盟的時候FPS值都不穩(40~50左右正常應該是60上下)
會戰會頓(FPS變10~30)
把遊戲裡的陰影跟垂直同步都關掉了還是不穩
請問該如何解決這個問題呢?
