第 27 條 家事調查官應服從法官之監督，執行下列職務： 一、調查、蒐集關於第二條第一項第二款至第九款事件之資料。 二、其他法令所定之事務。 第 2 條 少年及家事法院，除法律別有規定外，管轄下列第一審事件： 一、少年事件處理法之案件。 二、家事事件法之事件。 三、其他法律規定由少年及家事法院、少年法院、地方法院少年法庭或家 事法庭處理之事件。 前項第二款及第三款所生非訟事件之抗告事件，除法律別有規定外，由少 年及家事法院管轄。 前二項事件，於未設少年及家事法院地區，由地方法院少年法庭、家事法 庭辦理之。但得視實際情形，由專人兼辦之。 第一項及第二項之第一審事件，由少年及家事法院所在地之地方法院檢察 署檢察官對應執行之。 奇怪，第27條的「第九款」到底在同法第2條的哪裡??@@ 毛毛的 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 175.124.232.102 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Examination/M.1427289264.A.9C0.html
