23西藥違規五洲新萬仁下架

衛福部食藥署今天公布第二波國內西藥廠碳酸鎂(鈣)原料使用稽查，查核48家，有19家業者共23項產品不符規定，包括五洲製藥的鐵衛胃腸藥顆粒、新萬仁化學製藥的金十字酵素胃腸藥顆粒等，主要違規是因主成分使用了食品級或食品添加物許可證的碳酸鎂或碳酸鈣，而非使用具原料藥許可證產品當作主成分，因此，產品需下架回收，並停止生產，改善之後查核才能復工。
