標題[請益] 預售屋是否能實價登錄?

想要請問是不是要已經交屋才能在實際登錄網站上查到資料，那如果發現某個新建案明明 是今年初才完工，卻在實價登錄網站上看到去年就有成交的紀錄，是不是就可以表示該 房屋已經被轉了一手(也就是建商賣給投資客後投資客再轉賣給新買主) 想要請問是不是有這樣的可能性? 最近看到一件今年初剛蓋好的新大樓，上了實價登錄去看卻發現 103年六月到九月就已經有好幾棟實價登錄的紀錄，然後代銷就拿這個實價登錄的價錢 跟我說:你看這是我們這邊已經成交的價格(代銷心理OS:成交價就是這樣喔~) 但如果真的是已經被轉賣過的，價錢又被墊高上去，等於又要被坑一筆 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 42.72.151.225 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1429337284.A.431.html
