[請問] 市政府可以在騎樓設立告示牌嗎?

標題[請問] 市政府可以在騎樓設立告示牌嗎?

想請問一下市政府到底可不可以在騎樓設置告示牌呢? 例如這個貼在騎樓樑柱上的禁止停車告示牌: http://i.imgur.com/4OkOhyw.jpg
如果可以設置的話又是依照哪條法規設置的? 目前找到最接近的法條就是道路交通管理處罰條例第90-3條: 在圓環、"人行道"、交岔路口十公尺內，公路主管機關、市區道路主管機關 或警察機關 得在不妨害行人通行或行車安全無虞之原則，"設置必要之標誌或標線另行規定機車、慢 車之停車處所"。 道路交通管理處罰條例第三條之人行道定義: 人行道：指為"專供行人通行之騎樓"、走廊，及劃設供行人行走之地面 道路，與人行天 橋及人行地下道。 騎樓好像只有通行權是共有的，但管理還是屬於房屋所有權人 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.35.47.4 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1429290629.A.481.html
