立法院財委會提案，請金管會要求金融保險業電話行銷要落實全程錄音。

金管會主委曾銘宗今天表示，目前金融保險業者已有錄音，但是否要擴及銀行業，還要再研議，例如爭議性較高的產品，若是單純的商品例如定存，應該就不需要。(中央社)
