【動新聞】碩士金融男遭甩　街頭隨機潑精2女

「潑精怪客！」新北市一名27歲黃姓碩士畢業的高材生，畢業後任職於某銀行，因與女網友分手，他先在家中用雞精罐裝滿尿液及精液調和，在26日及28日2天上午8時許，隨機挑選2名年輕女子犯案，他尾隨在後，將液體朝女子的背部、腿部潑去後快步離開。警方循線約談到案，男子坦承因洩憤才會犯案。
 
被害人在ptt上表示，在26號上午8時許才剛經過藥局時，腿部有被潑水的感覺，再摸摸大腿上的液體聞一聞，才懷疑是精液，由於趕著上班，並在當天下午6時許前往警局報案。其中另一名被害人也氣得痛批：「嫌犯變態！」
 
警方事後用多波域光源查證，初步認定嫌犯潑精，調閱附近監視器昨日下午循線約談到案，黃嫌供稱：「因為與女網友分手才會隨機犯案，只是想要宣洩情緒，事後非常後悔，我會一個人承擔。」警方訊後依毀損罪將他函送法辦。（潘志偉／新北報導）
